Hello! I'm KENTA.
I've had numerous opportunities to interact with foreigners since my student days. I've communicated with many people who dream of working in Japan. I'm here to wholeheartedly support those who are serious about working in Japan. Let's work together towards a brighter future!

Hello, I'm Kenta. Today, I'll share insights from interviewing foreign engineers aspiring to work in Japanese companies.

In my interactions with job seekers, some appear poised for success, while others may face challenges. The key often revolves around whether individuals objectively analyze their needs and those of companies.

An important observation is whether candidates consider "What benefits they bring to the company" beyond desiring a higher salary. While seeking a salary increase is reasonable, success in a job change depends on understanding the company's needs.

Understanding the company's needs is paramount as companies recruit to enhance revenue. Consider an engineer aspiring to work in a Japanese company with conversational Japanese. If they seek a substantial salary increase without understanding the language and business requirements, job hunting can be challenging.

Most Japanese companies communicate in Japanese, and proficiency is usually required. Companies investing in excellence may not be interested in candidates with only conversational skills. Achieving a significant salary increase is challenging, and understanding the "Give and Take" principle is crucial.

As a consultant, I advise candidates to explain benefits they bring to the company. Showcase your expertise, make your resume appealing, and consider overcoming language barriers for a brighter future. Candidates doing these often find satisfying careers.

In conclusion, accept reality, continue self-improvement, and stand out for a better life. If struggling with Japanese, consider our online school. I'm available for assistance.

I hope these thoughts resonate, and for those considering a job change, let's discuss building a successful career! Thank you for reading this concise message!
